Yes! We offer a personalisation service where you can request for a card to be sent direct to the recipient with a handwritten message.
Please add the Personalised Card card option to your basket.
Don't forget to provide us with the name, message and address for your recipient and your name as well.

If this is the case you are entitled to a refund as follows:
You must contact us at hello@heyyycards.co.uk within 14 days of purchase to inform us that you intend to return the item(s).
You must return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
You must include your order number and name in with the return.
Personalised items are not eligible for return.
Only full priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us.
Once the item is returned our team will carry out a returns inspection. If your refund is approved your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the item within 10 working days. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they have been placed, however we will always try to combine orders if they are placed on the same day. If we are able to consolidate deliveries we will reimburse the shipping cost of the additional order to you where possible.
