  • How long does it take to ship my parcel?
    We aim to ship out every package in 1-2 working days
  • Can I mix and match cards in the offer?
    Our Type Dreams, Instant Classics, and I'mpressed Cards are available on the following offers: 4 for £10 (plus £1.99 delivery) 6 for £15 (with free delivery) You can mix and match any cards from these 4 collections in this offer.
  • How will my order arrive?
    UK Standard Delivery is with Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 business days). UK Express Delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or via Courier (next working day for orders placed by 2pm). International Delivery is with Royal Mail International Standard (5-7 business days).
  • How much is postage?
    UK Standard Delivery is £1.99. Free delivery over £15 (3-5 business days). UK Express Delivery (next working day for orders placed before 2pm) is £5.99. International Delivery is dependent on location and is quoted at checkout.
  • Can I edit/cancel my order?
    Please email us with your order number at hello@heyyycards.co.uk to cancel your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Are your cards environmentally friendly?
    All of our cards are printed on FSC Certified stock responsibly sourced from well managed forests and are supplied 'naked' without cello bags. Our envelopes are either made from recycled materials or FSC recyclable paper.
  • Can you send handwritten card direct to a friend/relative?
    Yes! We offer a personalisation service where you can request for a card to be sent direct to the recipient with a handwritten message. Please add the Personalised Card card option to your basket. Don't forget to provide us with the name, message and address for your recipient and your name as well.
  • My order arrived damaged, what do I do?"
    If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@heyyycards.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of order and send us a photo of the problem. One of our team will be in touch.
  • My order didn't arrive, what do I do?"
    If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from date of dispatch please contact us with your order number on hello@heyyycards.co.uk.
  • I've changed my mind about my purchase, can I return it?"
    If this is the case you are entitled to a refund as follows: You must contact us at hello@heyyycards.co.uk within 14 days of purchase to inform us that you intend to return the item(s). You must return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You must include your order number and name in with the return. Personalised items are not eligible for return. Only full priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us. Once the item is returned our team will carry out a returns inspection. If your refund is approved your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the item within 10 working days. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
  • Can I change or add to my order once it has been placed?
    Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they have been placed, however we will always try to combine orders if they are placed on the same day. If we are able to consolidate deliveries we will reimburse the shipping cost of the additional order to you where possible. If you have placed multiple orders and want to enquire about combining delivery please email us at hello@heyyycards.co.uk on the same working day incluing your order numbers.
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    All orders placed on the website are charged in British Pounds (GBP). It's the customer responsibility to accurately check the conversion rates/fees which may apply, depending on your local currency.
